WCOM -- Withold Comments, Only Monitor

First trailer. Looks like this is to be Bale's last movie. I doubt Nolan will be around for number four either, though I didn't see anything confirming or denying this. It's a good move, stepping down now, I think. Heath Ledger's performance was, of course, incredible. The ending left the possibilities open for the Joker's return, and of course, with Ledger's death, there is this gaping hole in the cast. Yes, the Joker could be recast, give the part to any number of talented actors, and they would give incredible performances, but the fanboy in the back of all our minds would still be sullenly saying "Ledger would have been way better..." It's best that Nolan and Bale come together one last time (which, I have to imagine, must have been difficult for crew, knowing that one of the reason's they're all there, making this movie, is because of Ledger, and he's not there with them), entertain the shit out of uswith another badass Batman movie, and go out on a strong note. I notice they're calling this the Dark Knight Legend or some shit. That's cool with me. As much as I would love to see Nolan and Bale keep making these movies, I'm ok with the cape and cowl changing owner's once again. No more George Clooney though.

I'm telling you right now, this movie will be awesome. And I'm not like, screaming this you or anything. I'm not trying to shove Batman down your throat and force you to digest his sticky sweet man juice of justice. I'm telling you as a fact, this movie will be pretty epic, and if these types of movies are your thing, it's going to be well worth the price of a movie ticket.

I'm curious to see where they go with Bane. I want to see him break the bat. I really would love to see that on screen. Just Bale goes right over the knee, some twisted disgusting crunch of bone... That would look so cool. But then is like...Azrael going to come up and start watching Batman's turf like in the comics? Doubtful. Is this what Catwoman is going to be doing all movie? I really hope not...but I'd watch Anne Hathaway do pretty much anything she wanted in a catwoman outfit.
