Today I unstickied the other today thread because it was taking too god damn long to do anything in that thread. Now we can start fresh and new.

Edit: Today I'm gonna try and upgrade us to Vanilla 2. Cross your fingers and hope that we don't all die.

All things considered, today I did a good amount of work on my essay. I did lots of procrastination, but I managed to churn out at least three really highfalutin and superfluously verbose sentences that go down really well with English profs.

today i read "highfalutin" and don't know wtf that means. i also bought a suit (149), shirt (75) and tie (25 or so) all at a discount. cost me like $250 or something after tax. the suit isn't bad for a 199 suit. it's good enough for the occassion. i'll get a proper tailored suit when i get married again. it'll be made to fit my physique (wow wtf spelling). i have to get slim fitted stuff these days but my shoulders are always too big for the ones for my size. at least i got a boost to my epeen when the salesguy describe my shoulders as "very large". ladies.

today is another piece of tape off my bedpost (did anyone else do this as a child?) regarding my Argentina trip, i've also decided to stop smoking marijuanas for a while...i usually smoke and play video games at night but it's becoming too much of a damper on preparing for my trip.  I haven't done any of my rosetta stone in like 4 weeks and i'm slacking on getting the rest of my preparations in order, it's cool that some people can function 100% while habitually smoking but i don't know if i can, i'm not opposed to smoking but i gotta take a break for a while to get this together!

    good on you creed.

i broke up with my girlfriend of 4.5 years. we're still living together for 2 weeks, and then she's moving to france to study. it's a strange break up. i feel like i've done the right thing but it's hard and horrible at times.

my plan is to work two jobs for the next 11 months and actually make some money for a change. i'm basically only smoking on the weekend, mondays, and while working in the field. what a reduction!

i will meet Jaime, he is a friend of a friend that i will be staying with while in BsAs, i will hang out with him for a week and become acquainted with the city a little.  After that i will be camping in Patagonia (southern Chile/Argentina) for 3 weeks, i will return and either spend 1-2 months working on a farm through http://www.wwoof.org/   (or i will save that for the end, just not sure on timing) or i will rock climb, camp, meet people and generally enjoy the city.  Before i leave i would like to spend another 2-3 weeks in Patagonia (presuming i loved it the first time, which i imagine i will).

Bryce, will you be moving back to CA or no?  I have forgotten your detailed plan.

Ick. That'd be like if Jill and I broke up and were forced to live together awhile longer. Did you break up because she wants to go to France?

Today I went to a 2000 years old ruin of a settlement and crawled in crawling caves that people carved beneath it. Pretty awesome.

Also I might be going to Holland/Belgium in September, do any of you live close by or intend on maybe going on a vacation there near that time?

Today I learned my work schedule for my last semester.  They've got me doing 15 hours a week monday-thursday nights which is reasonable enough with a full class schedule.  I'm hoping that if I save enough money and get a job soon after graduating that I can move into an apartment with my friends in the city.

Later tonight I'm seeing the Angels and Airwaves movie "Love", i'll post a review in the movie thread later.

The Indian curry i had for lunch yesterday is devastating my gastrointestinal track

talkative co-worker calls refers to this as "The villagers are restless"

So I'm thinking Amsterdam-New Zealand but i might not have $$$ for it, if not i'll just do a SE Asia tour (ending in NZ), which would be just fine as well

Today I feel kinda angry. Still unemployed, don't know if I should enjoy this time of not working, or volunteer somewhere, or keep looking for work.

Also deciding if I want to learn Chinese or Portuguese.

Want to change certain areas of my life but don't know where to begin.

I need to drink more often.

    Can't argue with that.

Sho, chinese is a bitch to learn. I imagine portuguese is a LOTTTT easier.

I just revived my old Sony Ericsson Walkman phone because my old one crapped out on me, but I smashed the screen on my revived one today, so I hurried over to radioshack and bought a new phone. LG Neon. Seems solid.
