This becomes slightly more believable if we modify the theory to say that in the original wcom wiseone and ninespine were two different people, but once one of them realized the other wasn't around anymore in the new forums they started playing the part of the other in order to entertain themselves. So, wiseone is just ninespine wearing the original wiseone's skin, or the other way around.

I played wow with wiseone and he had a very different personality than ninespine and anyone else on this forum. I would say the closest would be 3ball. wiseone was a goofy dude though, in a different sense than 3ball so I highly doubt one is the other.

From what I remember, he said he had in associates in something music related and his bachelor's in theological studies.
