    I hate the dramas. Basically the formula for the vast majority of them is:

    boy meets girl
    parents don't approve of girl
    horrible things start happening to girl (cancer, gang-violence, etc.)
    boy becomes more adamant about girl
    rinse and repeat the last two lines for about 3 seasons
    parents change mind gradually and everyone becomes happy

    The other genres aren't too shabby though. And the Korean movies are much more thought-provoking than hollywood ones.

    I saw Oldboy at the movie theatre on campus and it was so crazy good and unique. Definitely a lot better then what is coming out of Hollywood for sure.

    Yea that movie, I would definitely recommend it. It's actually really really good. Id give it a 9/10.

    This movie does not need a remake but whatever.

    I'm pretty sure Will Smith has dropped it. Anyway, you can't really remake these kind of films.
